The demo is simply a regular session, just like any other. If you decide to continue, it becomes the first step in your journey with us. If not, there’s no charge and no strings attached.

Session length depends on the service you’re interested in. Step 1 sessions are typically 1 hour, while Step 2 and Step 3 sessions are usually 2 hours. That said, we are flexible and happy to adjust based on what works best for you.
